Faakhir Mehmood (Urdu: فاخر محمود) is a Pakistani singer and music composer. He started out his career in a Pakistani musical group called Awaz. However to conflicts of interest the band split and they all went to become solo artists. The band Awaz also consisted of well known musician Haroon.

Faakhir has produced three albums as prior to 2006. His 2000 debut album, Aatish, was a big hit. His song in the album called Dil Na Lagey was the number one song for many weeks and was the best national song of the year 2000.

His latest album is Mantra. On that album there is a song called Jiya Na Jaye, in which Faakhir shares a duet with Indian singer Sunidhi Chauhan. Another song in that album called Mahi Vewon two awards in the India Sangeet Awards, in which he also performed.

Early Life and Education:
Donya is the eldest of her twin brothers who are seven years younger to her. She was born in Lahore on the 3rd of November 1975; a ‘Scorpion’ who finds this American Indian Quotation really inspiring: “We have not inherited this earth from our parents, we are borrowing it from our children.”
Donya had her early schooling from Riyadh as her father was placed in Saudia Arabia until she reached 9th Grade. She then joined International School Islamabad when they moved to Islamabad. She eventually joined “Rawalpindi Medical College” which churned her out as a professional medical doctor in 1999. She later moved to U.C.L.A and did her research in ‘Interventional Radiology’; she managed to develop protocols which are now being used in the field of medicine. Her stay abroad for research really proved fruitful.

Another world record holder of Pakistan, Syed Zohaib Asad, today in Morning withFarah

Nineteen-year-old Syed Zohaib Asad who belongs to Wah Cantonment in Taxilla aced in subjects like world geography and travel tourism in Pakistan.

He had to gather content all by himself, given the reason that these subjects were unique and are not covered well.

Zohaib expressed his concern for Pakistan and said that he’s worried about the rough phase that Pakistan is going through.

But Zohaib is hopeful and holds a belief that the country can be steered out of crisis through hardwork and honesty.

A person's risk of heart attack increases 21 times the normal level within the first day of loss, and can remain up to six times higher during the first week.

A combination of stress, lack of sleep and not remembering to take medication is behind the risk, The Telegraph in the UK reported.

"Caretakers, healthcare providers, and the bereaved themselves need to recognise they are in a period of heightened risk in the days and weeks after hearing of someone close dying," Doctor Murray Mittleman, a preventive cardiologist and epidemiologist at Harvard Medical School in the United States, said.
